The Admin Panel (developed by Shield Group Technologies) collects and processes mobile phone numbers exclusively from authorized personnel. Authorized users explicitly consent to receive these internal operational SMS alerts when their administrative account is provisioned by system managers or when they toggle the mobile notification settings within the admin control panel.

Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver critical, time-sensitive system alerts. When a member of the public submits a public safety tip through the application, an automated text notification is instantly routed to designated personnel who are logged into or assigned to the admin mobile control panel. This allows personnel to take immediate law enforcement action on incoming tips when they are away from their desktop computers.

No mobile phone numbers or personal opt-in consent data collected via this internal admin system will be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other commercial purposes. All data sharing excludes mobile opt-in consent data and originator information; this information will strictly remain confidential and will only be handled between Shield Group Technologies and the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office to execute internal public safety operations.

Authorized personnel can manage or revoke their consent to receive text notifications at any time by updating their notification preferences directly inside the Admin Panel settings or by replying STOP to any system-generated text message.
