By provisioning your mobile number within the Admin Panel (developed by Shield Group Technologies), or by toggling on SMS notifications within your administrative profile settings, you agree to receive automated, operational SMS alerts related to your official duties. These text messages are strictly for internal public safety operations and are not intended for the general public.

This system delivers time-sensitive alerts to authorized personnel. When a citizen submits a public safety tip through the application, an automated text notification is instantly sent to designated administrators to ensure rapid response times when personnel are away from their desktop computers. Message frequency varies and depends entirely on the volume of incoming public safety tips routed to your assigned queue.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The messaging service is available on all major United States wireless networks.

You can cancel or suspend this internal SMS service at any time. You can disable alerts directly inside your secure Admin Panel profile settings, or simply text STOP in reply to any system notification. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enable them in the app settings.
